Access your project documents directly

In ActualDoc you can simply list all changed files within the project and filter that by date of change. Activate ActualDoc clicking it icon in system tray and activate Placement filter.

Check the folder (or several folders) of your project. ActualDoc will filter recent documents and display files from checked folders only. We can restrict filter conditions more. In the Date filter, specify the date when you edited project documents.

And finally, select documents type you need to find in the Types filter. If you wish to list more than one type, press Ctrl and mark all required types.

You may find all documents, that meet to type, date and placement conditions in the documents list.

Now you can select them and:

• e-mail - select E-mail form File menu
• copy to some disk of folder - select Copy to (or Send to) from File menu
• drag and drop into any applications
• make files list - select Copy path name from Edit - Copy more ... menu.
• bookmark documents for future fast access - select Add bookmarks ... from Bookmarks menu or drag-drop files to bookmarks toolbar.
• copy a fragment of any document to clipboard - mark the document and find it contents in the viewer frame.

To save filters settings, create a category (select Add new category ... from Categories menu). ActualDoc will add a category button to the bar ate left part of main window and you will be able to apply filters clicking this category button.
