Get quick access to all recently used documents

ActualDoc is a unique Recent Documents manager designed to provide secure, easy and convenient access to any of the documents you have recently used. It keeps track of the documents you are currently working on and helps you to find any of them, searching on name or contents. You can perform a lot of standard tasks with ActualDoc links.

You can open a document, locate it in the Windows Explorer, send documents to floppy drive or another target, copy document path and name, etc.

In ActualDoc there is a powerful viewer supporting of wide range of files formats. To preview some document simply mark it in the documents list. You find a contents of the file in the Viewer frame where you can copy fragments or edit document right in ActualDoc.

You can sort documents by the name, date of last usage, type or placement. With ActualDoc categories you can create predefined set of filters.

When you open new files on your computer, the documents list of ActualDoc constantly changes. To use permanent links to some documents, you can create a bookmark. Simply drag some document onto the bookmarks toolbar, wait a moment while bookmark group menu will be expanded and drop the file into the appropriate position.
