Default Copy, Cut and Paste operations works with single fragment only. Often, it is very convenient to have more than one fragment in the clipboard. Thus, you can paste one of the early used fragments back to your document, fill any forms with some predefined data, paste any part of the clipboard contents. AccelClip stores all fragments that once placed into the Windows clipboard, and allows you reuse any of that with a single click.

Often we need to paste a picture from a part of a graphic file into text, or on the contrary. AccelClip helps you in this case too. It supports a lot of graphic and text formats, all you need is locate a file, select appropriate fragment and click to paste that directly into the application you work with. For example, you can paste a fragment from your MS Word document into the e-mail or your messenger.

Extension of Clipboard capacity

AccelClip stores all fragments once placed into the Windows clipboard in a special collection as clips. You may reuse any of clips wholly or partially in any time with single click. Size of Windows Clipboard collection is user-adjustable.

Often used clips may be moved from Clipboard into any Favorites collection or saved into a file with optional format conversion.

Convenient text/graphics viewers

With AccelClip you can edit contents of your clipboard. In contradistinction to competitors, AccelClip able to create and edit graphical clips too.

Copy/Paste of fragments from any files

AccelClip supports MS Office files, RTF, text, HTML, more than 30 graphics formats (jpg, bmp, gif, tiff, tga, psp, psd, png, eps, pdd, bw, rgb, rgba, sgi, sel, pic, sld, vst, icb, vda, win, pcx, pcc, scr, pcd, ppm, pgm, pbm, cut, rla, rpf, sff). Any fragments from these files may be pasted into active application with one click.

With AccelClip you can access information even if your application does not this format. For example, you can paste a sentence from your MS Word document into e-mail or ICQ with no launch of MS Word.

Pasting fragments directly into application

AccelClip can paste its clips directly into application, you work with. Simply select clips, choose Paste fragment command and data will be inserted into position of cursor.

There is an option for using this feature in background (without activation of AccelClip).

Convenient keyboard access to collections and clips

You can use AccelClip in the background mode. You need not switch between applications to paste clips. Press Ctrl+Shift+V to paste last clipboard fragment or Ctrl+Shift+F to look for fragment in files, Ctrl+Shift+D to place current date, etc. You can assign hot keys for clips individually.

Improving of Explorer clipboard support

When AccelClip is running, files in clipboard may be pasted as text. E.g. if you need to specify somewhere path to a file, simply locate it in Explorer or another file manager, copy into clipboard and then, paste into text field.

Unlimited clip collections

You can create you own collection with clips for regular use. All collections are organized as tree and placed in Clips Favorites collection.

Saving of clips in any supported format

Any clip from AccelClip collection may be saved into a file in any of supported formats.
