In AccelClip you can change contents of any toolbars, create a sub menu and change style of any button. Main Menu of AccelClip is a usual toolbar with text buttons and sub menus, so all described at this chapter options applicable to main menu too.
To change some toolbar or main menu select Customize from Options menu and select Toolbars Customization page.
This page contains three elements: list of categories, list of commands in selected category and short description of selected command.
All commands of AccelClip are grouped into categories, which are placed into the left part of window, to display a commands select first appropriate category.
List at right contains all commands from a selected category. Use scroll bar to view items that not visible in list.
Description – is a short information about selected command.
To place command onto toolbar drag a command from commands list and drop to appropriate position on toolbar.
To remove some button from toolbar, drag it from toolbar to commands list and drop.
Some controls (e.g. Volume control) can be resized. To change size, select control on the toolbar with left mouse button and resize the left (top) or right (bottom) border, depending on toolbar position.
Each button on the toolbar can be displayed in three styles: text, icon and text with icon. It can have either default style (inherited from toolbar) or original (which differs from toolbar style). To switch button style use context menu. Click over tool button with right mouse button and select an appropriate style.
To create a sub menu, call context menu and select Create Submenu. You will be prompted for caption text and icon. To delete some sub menu use Delete sub menu, to change caption or icon – Submenu properties commands from context menu.
To edit created sub menu, click over its button to display menu editor ![]()
Each toolbar has following properties: Caption, Alignment and Visibility Options.
You can adjust toolbar to show when some frame activated and hide, when it is deactivated. By this way you can create specific to some frames toolbars (e.g. toolbar for ASCII viewer. This toolbar will be visible only when ASCII viewer active).
To change toolbar parameters, use Properties command from context menu.
When you made all changes, press Close button to switch AccelClip into normal work mode.
