What's new in the last version?

Version 2.0 was released 20 March 2003 with following changes:

create new / edit clips option. Applicable to plain text, formatted text and graphics clips and files

What is AccelClip?

AccelClip is a universal clipboard extension tool, explorer-like viewer for text, graphics and other files, a storage for small text or graphics fragments and much more. Please refer to Quick tour and How to use sections for quick start information.

Clipboard extension tool

AccelClip extends clipboard capacity. When AccelClip is running you can store and use any number of clipboard fragments (clips). You can create new text or graphics clips in AccelClip and paste ones directly into application where you work

Structured and easy accessible storage for text and graphics

AccelClip stories text and graphics clips in collections. All collections ar organized as a tree. You can assign to each clip a shortcut and paste it into active application with single key press.

With AccelClip you can store your notes, snippets of your documents any other useful information which need to be pasted into your documents

Working with data across formats

AccelClip supports 30+ graphics, MS Office, HTML, formatted and plain text formats. You can paste picture into your text editor or HTML text into your graphics one. This fragments may be extracted either form clipboard or directly from your files with no third part applications

Text and Graphics editors

In AccelClip implemented plain, formatted text and raster graphics editors. You can change fragments directly in clipboard without any specialized applications. After changing you can paste clip back to the document

Extension of Windows Explorer functionality

With AccelClip you can copy files in Explorer (or any other application) and paste its path and names as text. For example, if you need a type some long path into any edit field you not have to remember it, just locate file in Explorer, copy and paste a path.

Integration with File Manager

Often we need to have a quick access to text or part of image from some file. In our clipboard extender you can browse a source file and select some part and paste directly into application you work with

Ergonomic interface

All basic features are accessible with shortcuts. You can assign shortcuts either for individual clips or collections, change structure of main menu and toolbars, adjust all keyboard shortcuts. We applying all efforts to make your work comfortable and effective
