AccelClip stores fragments that were placed to clipboard. You may easily reuse any of such fragment. To do this, activate Collections Frame, select Windows Clipboard collection, choose required fragment from the list of clips and select Direct Paste command to place this fragment directly into your appellation. See the figure for details ![]()

Some of AccelClip operations may be performed directly from application, where you are working. You do not need activate AccelClip and even use mouse. These operations are:

Note that you can assign shortcuts to any clips collection or individually to clips. Use Properties command to call object properties box, specify the hot key and press Ok. Any of predefined shortcuts may be changed using Tools » Preferences menu.
To paste any fragment from a file, first activate Files Browser of AccelClip. Then, locate and select corresponding file. File content will be displayed in Viewer frame. Select any fragment and select
Direct Paste or press Ctrl+Enter. At the following figure you find illustration for these steps.

All clips are organized into collection - a special folder with some attributes. There are two system collections: Windows Clipboard (containing all fragments once placed into clipboard) and Clips Trash (contains all deleted clips). A Clips Favorites is a place to create new collections.
To do this, activate Clips Favorites collection and select Create new collection... from Collections menu.
There are three ways to place a clips into collection:
To create a new clip select Clip »
New clip ... menu and specify the type (text or bitmap). New clip will be placed before currently selected and loaded into viewer of AccelClip where you can type some text or paint with graphics tools.
To create a clip from a fragment of some file please refer to previous Quick Tour paragraph.
To create clip from Windows clipboard contents, select source clip, select
Copy to collection ... from Clip menu and choose destination collection. As alternative, you can use a Drag and Drop either from AccelClip or from any other Windows application.
