In AccelMan you can create new toolbars, delete existing (except some predefined), specify when the toolbar must be visible and when it have to be hidden, save and restore toolbars into/from preferences file, change buttons of the toolbar.
To setup toolbars select Customize from Tools menu and activate Toolbars tab in customization dialog.
In the left part you can see a list of all existing toolbars, visible ones marked with check at the left.
There are two kinds of toolbars: predefined and user defined.
Predefined toolbars are: Main menu, Bookmarks, Filters and Drives & Quick bar. These toolbars could not be deleted, but may be changed and hidden.
User toolbars may be freely deleted, changed and hidden.
To create a new toolbar, press Create new button. You will be prompted for toolbar properties.
To delete some user toolbar select it in the list and press Delete. Predefined toolbars could not be deleted.
To change properties of some toolbar select it in list and click Properties. It will be shown a toolbar options dialog where you can adjust following parameters:
All toolbars of AccelMan may be saved into a preferences file. To store, click Save button and in the shown Browse for file box specify name of toolbars scheme.
To restore toolbars from a file, click on Load button and choose some toolbars file.
With two check boxes in the bottom of page you can adjust tool buttons hints. If Show shortcuts in Tool Tips is checked – a list of assigned shortcuts will be included into hint string.
To change contents of any toolbar use Toolbars customization page.
NOTE that menus and toolbars are included into interface schemes. When you restore saved desktop layout – you are replacing of current menus and toolbars scheme.
When you made all changes, press Close button to switch AccelMan into normal work mode.
