Extracting files and folders from archive

AccelMan processes archives like regular folders, so files extraction and compression are identical to files coping/moving.

There are two ways how you can extract files and folders from archive: using the Extraction dialog or with drag and drop.

Extracting with file operation dialog

To extract some files, mark ones and select Extract from Commands menu, or press F4. In the shown dialog select destination folder (default - folder of opposite manager) and press Ok. If archive is password protected, you will be prompted for a password.

To extract all files from archive, select the last and press Shift+F2. You will be prompted for destination folder and if required - password. Default, files are extracting into the folder, opened in the opposite manager.

Extracting files and folders using drag and drop technics

Mark a files to be extracted and drag it with left mouse button to destination folder. Press Alt key to use Files Extraction box for additional options.

Press Shift if you wish to remove source files from archive (move files).

AccelMan has original feature: when you dragging files over some folder in file manager list and wait for a ~1.5 sec, this destination folder will be opened, and you can access to it sub folders. By the same way, you can drag files into parent folders.
