Formatted Text Editor

AccelMan viewer supports Rich Text Format files and MS Office documents (depending on installed converters). All such files viewing in Formatted Text Mode, on the figure you can find the toolbar of viewer in this mode with description of specific buttons.

Some MS Office files may be only viewed, but not edited. To save this files you need to convert it first into another format.

Font name, size and style

To change style of font select text and choose font name from the drop down list on the toolbar. By the same way you can change font size. There are special buttons that controls text outline: Bold, Italic, Underline. To change style of typing text adjust described controls when there are no any selection.

Paragraph formatting

In AccelMan formatted text editor you can change text alignment and use text bulletin option. Use the buttons described at the figure above.

AccelMan viewer supports file manager commands, so you can copy, e-mail, Send To, etc. editing file directly from Viewer, using corresponding commands from main menu. If editing file was changed, you will be asked for saving results before processing.

Quick search

To quick search press Alt+Q or select Edit » Quick Search menu to display quick search window, where you can type first symbols for incremental search for the text. To close it press Escape or Enter.

Replace text

Formatted text editor can automatically search for text fragments and replace it for a new ones. This operation may be performed using Replace Text command, in the displayed dialog you will be prompted enter searching and replacing text, you specify some additional options: search for whole words only and perform case sensitive search.

Text statistics

To calculate and display text statistics use Text statistics command from Preview menu. AccelMan will calculate count of text lines, characters with and without spaces, words and sentences count.

To view the next or previous files in the folder, where placed viewing file click on or buttons correspondingly.
