AccelMan provides you with powerful search tools. You can search for files, folders, text in some files on the disk or in the viewing file, tracks in play list, etc.
For quick search of files, play list tracks or text use
Quick search option.
To call Search dialog, select
Search from Edit menu. In the Search box you can specify files mask, text pattern you are searching for, restrict search area (to disk or individual folders), specify attributes of searching files and more other criteria. To start search press Ok ![]()
When searching process is long, it will be displayed a progress indicator with status information.
All results of search are placing into the special Search Results List, accessible via File manager. Results grouped by search criteria. The name of group may be changed using
Rename command. Also, search results list placed into Browse For box, you can use it entries for quick navigation.
To erase non actual search results and search groups use
Delete command from Edit or context menu.
In AccelMan text, ASCII and hexadecimal viewers you are able to search for text fragments.
To call standard Windows Search dialog select
Search from Edit menu when Viewer is active. Specify text, search conditions and press Ok. If searching text is present in the opened file,
the first occurrence will be highlighted. To locate the next fragment click Search again, to close dialog press Esc or click Cancel button.
With AccelMan you can search and replace some text, select
Replace from Edit menu to display corresponding box.
Also, in the text editor available
Quick Search option, you can use it for quick (incremental) search of any fragments.
