Filtering documents by type

ActualDoc can filter displaying documents by they type.

If you wish to see only documents of some specific type, activate Type Filter frame and select some files type from the list. In the Recent Documents list will be displayed only documents that satisfy to selected type.

To remove type filtering, click on All Documents in the Type Filter frame. To remove all filtering, click on All Documents in the ActualDoc bar.

Note that when filtering is turned on, ActualDoc display filter symbol in the status bar.

To exclude documents of some type from ActualDoc base, select "Do not store documents of this type" from context menu. In this case, ActualDoc will remove all documents of this type and will not store they in future. At any time you can cancel this condition using parameters box (select Preferences from Options menu).

Note that you can use Date and Type filters ate the same time.

Also, you can filter documents by date of last opening or use a categories.
