Graphics viewer toolbar contains following buttons:
To select any part of image click over the first corner and drag mouse to opposite one. Selected area will be boarded with running black-white dashes. If there is some selection, all commands (e.g. copy, delete, etc.) applying to this selection, otherwise - to whole image. To remove selection click with left button over external to selection point. To select whole image press Ctrl+A or use Edit menu.
To draw on the image canvas with a pen click over corresponding button (see figure). To draw, click with left button and
drag. If there is some selection, drawing is possible only inside selected area. To revoke changes select
Undo from Edit menu. ActualDoc can paint with square or round pen of a variable size.
To use this mode, select foreground color and click over internal point of the area, which you wish to fill. This area must contain pixels of equal color. If there is selection, it will be filled only selected area. To change color tolerance select Image - Fill Tolerance command.
Color picker is a tool that helps you select a color by example. Click over pixel, you wish to get color. Default color picker changes foreground color, if you need to pick background color - press Ctrl. To pick an average color click with mouse on the first corner of are and drag to opposite corner. ActualDoc will calculate the average color of selected area.
You can freely zoom image using zoom mode. To zoom with a window, point to first corner and drag to another.
To Zoom In, click over any point, to Zoom Out click with pressed Ctrl. Also, you can use
Auto Zooming feature. In the last case, ActualDoc automatically zooms image to fit it into the editor frame.
ActualDoc can convert images from one format to another. To perform such conversion, select Save as.. from File menu and choose an appropriate format from file type box.
Image size may be changed, either with scaling of image or with reposition of image: command Resize Image from Image menu.
Image editor supports clipboard and drag & drop technology (you can drag fragments to collections or any Windows application and back).
