ActualDoc Professional 3.0 released

ActualDoc 3.0 has more effective documents tracking algorithm: it collects all documents, which were modified on the computer and keeps them actual. Following changes were implemented :

• Documents changing monitoring. ActualDoc 3.0 keeps recent documents database reflecting to your work. When you change any document, ActualDoc places that at the home of the list.
• New placement filter. This filter helps you filter documents on per-project base.
• Extended categories functionality. Now you can include into the category placement, date and count conditions.
• Extended functionality of bookmarks (custom actions, shortcuts, comments, etc.).
• Bookmarks explorer (View - Bookmarks menu).
• Bookmarks import (File - Import menu) from Explorer Shell Favourites, Total Commander, WinRAR, FAR and some other applications).
• Fast start on Windows logon. ActualDoc 3.0 contains a special agent, which collects documents in background. Now you will not loose recent documents even if ActualDoc is closed.
• Disk usage tool (Options - Disk usage tool menu). This feature of ActualDoc helps to professionals to monitor disk activity.
• Extended type filtering features: implemented custom type filter and option to use multiply type filters.
• Graphics viewer now can save any of supported formats to JPEG (with compression adjustment), TIFF, PNG, GIF and BMP file formats. Implemented support of EXIF information fields for JPEG images.

We recommend you update currently installed on your computer version of ActualDoc Pro up to 3.0.0.1720. Uninstallation of previous version is not required, current documents base and bookmarks will be automatically converted into the new format.
