ActualDoc provides you with a reliable way to keep Windows Histories confidential.

As you know, ActualDoc monitors Windows Histories and stores links to documents in the own database.

You can protect this database with a password and the second, you can instruct ActualDoc to clean up all windows Histories.

In this case, all Windows Histories stay empty.

But you able to use your documents in ActualDoc

Unlike to a huge set of Histories cleaners, ActualDoc don't erases your documents, but reliably protects with a password.

To turn on protections select Preferences from Options menu and activate Security section. There you can enter a password and check Clean Up option.

ActualDoc will ask you for password when you try to access recent documents list:

Please note, that your password will not be stored anywhere in Windows, so if you forget it, you will not be able to access your documents. Please write your password in a safe place for future reference.
