ActualDoc is a document manager with extended capabilities. Unlike Windows built-in solution, this program supports over 40 graphic, MS Office, text and HTML formats, is not limited to the last 15 documents, has text search options, keeps track of launched applications and comes with privacy protection options.

With ActualDoc users can locate recently used documents even if they don't remember the file name. Importantly, the list of accessed documents can be hidden and protected with password. With this application anyone can copy desired text fragment from yesterday's document into e-mail with only three clicks.

ActualDoc comes with full install/uninstall support and can be used by anybody, since the software is intuitive and requires no special knowledge. GUI interface is extremely simple and convenient; currently, it supports Russian, Portuguese and English.

ActualDoc is distributed electronically over the Internet; free demo version is available at http://www.flexigensoft.com/ for evaluation.

ActualDoc costs 19.95 Euro for a personal single-user license (volume and non-profit discounts are available upon request).
